The Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Certification is a program designed to certify food managers and enhance public safety by reducing the risk of foodborne illnesses. This certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP).
Key Features:
- Online Proctoring: The exam can be taken online with a live proctor, making it convenient for candidates to complete the certification from their home or office. The proctor monitors the exam through the candidate’s computer screen, camera, and microphone to ensure the integrity of the test.
- Exam Structure: The certification exam consists of 95 multiple-choice questions, of which 75 are scored. The remaining 20 questions are used to test and develop new questions for future exams. Candidates have 90 minutes to complete the exam.
- System Requirements: To take the exam, candidates need a computer with a supported operating system (Windows 7+ or MacOS 10+), a reliable internet connection, and a webcam. Chromebooks, tablets, and mobile devices are not supported.
- Exam Rules: Candidates must present a valid government ID and a small handheld mirror so the proctor can check for unauthorized materials. The exam environment must be free of food, drinks, and any electronic devices other than the computer used for the exam.
