Oklahoma ABLE Alcohol Seller-Server Training is an Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission–approved course developed and owned by 360training and offered through the PASS Marketplace. This training is designed to help alcohol sellers and servers meet state compliance requirements by providing comprehensive instruction on Oklahoma alcohol laws and responsible beverage service practices.
The course covers how alcohol affects the body, how to recognize signs of intoxication, proper ID verification procedures, prevention of second-party sales, and strategies for maintaining a safe establishment. Participants will also learn how to refuse service lawfully and understand the civil and criminal liabilities associated with unlawful alcohol sales.
To receive a certificate of completion, learners must score at least 80% on the final exam. Successful completion demonstrates knowledge of Oklahoma ABLE regulations and a commitment to responsible alcohol service and regulatory compliance.

Explains how alcohol is absorbed, distributed, and metabolized in the body. Covers factors that influence blood alcohol concentration (BAC), including body weight, food intake, and rate of consumption, along with the effects of mixing alcohol with drugs. Emphasizes how physiological effects relate to service decisions.
Identifies behavioral and physical indicators of intoxication. Teaches how to assess impairment levels and determine when service must be refused in order to remain compliant with Oklahoma law and reduce liability risks.
